You may sign up and participate in the Challenge, during the Challenge Period, the Challenge commences with the start of the Playing Period which coincides with the start of the NFL season.
Paramount Global (" CBSI") will serve as the Commissioner for all Challenge Leagues and will be responsible for resolving any disputes that arise regarding unbalanced trades, alleged rules violations or anything else. The commissioner (" Commissioner") of a League is responsible for coordinating and managing the League. You may be charged data rates according to the Terms and Conditions of your Service Agreement with your wireless carrier. If you are a wireless service subscriber and have a smartphone, tablet or wireless device that allows you to access this Challenge, you may enter this Challenge via any of those devices during the Challenge Period (as defined below). Most Leagues include one sentence describing the type of player the League is looking to recruit (e.g., "experts," "beginners," "Dolphins fans," etc.) so you should have no trouble finding the right League for you. No matter what your skill level, you will find that there are a variety of Leagues from which you may choose to participate.
